For ten years now, Aurélie and Ghislain, “lovers” of their Norman homeland, have developed a range of confections including marshmallows, meringues, and fruit jellies, a range of chocolates, biscuits, and their specialty: the famous Calvados Apples. You can visit their store in Argences where their range of chocolate creations is displayed, and an adjacent tearoom welcomes gourmets in a very cozy setting where you can enjoy their range of pastries.
