MIF Expo 2023: Normandy companies out in force with ARSEN

In 2023, the not-to-be-missed event celebrating French manufacturing took up residence at Paris Portes de Versailles. From November 11 to 12, 2023, the 11th edition of the Made in France trade show brought together over 1,000 exhibitors representing all sectors of activity. Among the outstanding participants were companies from Normandy, proudly represented by ARSEN (Association Régionale des Savoir-Faire d’Excellence Normand). Saint James, Le Parapluie de Cherbourg, Biscuiterie Jeannette, and many others, carried the colors of Normandy high.

In this dynamic universe, visitors had the opportunity to explore the unique know-how of French industry across a multitude of sectors including fashion, decoration, gastronomy, high-tech, children, tourism and many more.

Supporting local industry

The show placed the promotion of craftsmanship and innovation at the heart of its program, affirming its commitment to local production and offering a total immersion in the world of French manufacturing.

Unique experiences were on offer, including a 1,400m² Usine Éphémère, revealing the fascinating behind-the-scenes workings of everyday objects, and the 2,000m² Village de l’Artisanat, showcasing over 200 artisans from all over France.

To enhance visitors’ experience, the show has scheduled a series of conferences on current trends and challenges facing French industry, as well as the presentation of the 6 Grands Prix du Made in France. This year, the spotlight was on the Occitanie region.

This 11th edition was a true celebration of the excellence and diversity of French industry, offering visitors a unique opportunity to support local producers, discover quality products and engage in responsible consumption.
