In 1936, “La filature de l’Andouille de la rivière” began. For 4 generations, we have been perpetuating the production of traditional Normandy charcuterie, including Andouille de Vire.
We are committed to perpetuating the tradition of Norman charcuterie, while aiming for local distribution, present in 200 stores in Lower Normandy and in our boutique. Customer loyalty is our greatest reward.
