Located in the heart of Normandy, the Cooperative Isigny Sainte-Mère has been developing since
1909, butter, cream and cheese of unique flavours and internationally renown. The quality of its
products comes from an ancestral traditional know-how.
Isigny Sainte-Mère has an exclusive and protected terroir, the best that Normandy has to offer: a
tender grass, whose growth is influenced by the salty spray due to its proximity with the sea and the
fresh water of the Bessin and Cotentin’s swamps; a rich soil and a humid climate that make Isigny’s
milk the pride of an entire region.
Passionate, men and women of Isigny Sainte-Mère work every day to value the milk of their terroir in
order to make products of excellence.
Collected in an area of 35 km around the Cooperative, the milk
is sent to Isigny Sainte-Mère as soon as the milking is complete so that it keeps its properties. Its
aromatic richness and quality are appreciated in France and worldwide.
