Founded in 1856, SIMON employs 46 people, and has been based in Cherbourg since its creation.

Its core business is the design, manufacture, marketing and installation of equipment for butter-mills.

What sets SIMON apart is the expertise it brings to its workshops: more than 50% of SIMON equipment parts are designed and manufactured on site, by recognized professionals in the fields of boiler making (strong expertise in stainless steel), machining, cutting, forming, welding, polishing, sandblasting and assembly.
